Same as other's, it's a scam. OH NO! A Lawsuit?? Panic! This is what they are trying to get you to do and react and call back, don't do it, report it on the sites listed in other posts, if enough people do that there's a chance they get shut down.
Same here. Got a call stating it was IRS and this was the last time they would call before suit would be started. Asked me to call the above number. Hoax for sure.
I just got a call and VM from this number saying the IRS was starting a lawsuit against me. It is a scam! The IRS is aware that there are a few variations of this scam and have warned people to never give out any type of financial or personal info over the phone.
