Who called from 3213730026

There are numerous telephone and email scams in which individuals claim to be employees of the Treasury Department. These scammers often state that they are from the “Department of Legal Affairs,” offer grant money in exchange for you wiring a small payment, or threaten to arrest you within a short period of time unless payment is made. Do not provide personal information or payment to these individuals.  Their actions are crimes under Titles 18 and 31 of the United States Code, and the Treasury Office of Inspector General is working to stop them.

If they claim to be from Treasury, report  it to [email protected] with a description.  If it was a phone contact, include:
the exact date and time that you received the call(s)
the phone number of the caller
the geographic location and time zone where you received the call
a description of the communication.

If they claim to be from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or it is about taxes, report it to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at:

I got the same call from same number and called them back. I already knew it was a scam but I like to troll these numbers since they like to do it to me. I called back and they asked for my name. I only gave my first name and they repeated my full name back to me. They then said "so you know nothing about this lawsuit?" And I said no please explain this to me and he asked for my last 3 of my SSN. I said absolutely not there must be another way to confirm my info. And they said no there isn't. I said this has to be a scam and the call was ended without another word. Called back and the line would just ring and ring. waited a couple mins and now it doesn't even ring. Funny, don't think the IRS would block a number for being accused of being a scam? Don't fall for this!

Phone call from this # claiming to be IRS

Got a call from this number a few minutes ago. Robotic message saying that it was the IRS. Do not give any information to these people. IRS will never call you from a 321 number in Florida nor will they call you in general. They will always send a letter in turn for you to call them. Nice try trolls but aint falling for this one.

Same as other's, it's a scam.  OH NO!  A Lawsuit?? Panic!  This is what they are trying to get you to do and react and call back, don't do it, report it on the sites listed in other posts, if enough people do that there's a chance they get shut down.
