My call came from 321-304-2582. Kelly Smith actually told me it was a management position. More probing and discovered it was selling life insurance. These people need to be stopped NOW. How dare these people feed off of peoples hopes. They are scam artists
Also got a call. Said they got my resume from Monster. Haven' t used Monster in over a year and it never worked anyway. Told me they were having interviews with the "Regional Director" be prepared to spent 3+ hours at an interview in case I get "Hired on the spot." Yeah right. Couldn't put my finger on whatever sounded fishy. Found this forum. Great heads up!
Got my call this morning at 8:05 a.m. from 321-397-2802. I was taking my kid to school and I asked them to call back in 10 minutes. Took 20, and I thought I made a mistake, but the same guy did call back. Told me it was for a Benefits Specialist position, "an entry-level management position". I told him my major was in communications (to try to fend off the insurance companies that want me to go sell their product, even though sales appears nowhere in my Careerbuilider resume), and the guy made it sound like it had to do with that. Gave me an address of 12701 S. John Young Parkway in Orlando and a ph# of 407-615-4695. Said the only time available was Thursday at 9:45 a.m., "and prepare to spend about 2 hours with us." My friend works close to that so if it was a bust I could at least have lunch with her. Guy said I could "look up the Henderson Group" but didn't give a website. Later in the morning I (tried to) look it up and found this site quicker than info on the "company". Called the 407 # which went to a nameless voicemail. Part of me wants to still go to rat them out, but I'm so disgusted I doubt I will.
Got the same call from John Irving! Nothing on my resume about sales either! Call back #was1-800-682-9164 Henderson group. Thanks ALL for the heads up! I won't be returning that call!
Same here! I received a voice mail from the Henderson Group to call Krista at 1-800-682-9164. Caller ID said the number is American Income at 321-397-4890. I don't want to sell Insurance.
This is not a scam I actually purchesed things through this company in the past and the childs safe kit that is advertised works well they not only give u the safe kit free they also offer you life insurence. I have an interview with them on wed and I'm def going.
