There is a place where to report this number 321-400-5645 from Homeprotection? They will not stop calling. When you call back, they have a recording. How do you stop them?
You have to be real careful with calls like this. Ff someone actually sounds like they are from a "free home protection" company, they might be seeing if you already have some kind of home protection.... and keeping note of those who don't....
We keep receiving calls from this number EVERY SINGLE DAY on our office phone. She says it is from Homeprotection but keeps talking about a GMC truck which is in our name but has no license. I asked her who the truck is registered on and she can't answer. I told her we don't have such truck and she says 'Ok thank you I will call you tomorrow.' It's ridiculous. I tried calling back - the phone is not accessible.
First you need to record the dates and times they call you. Ask them to stop calling once again and ask the persons name if they refuse to give it to you tell them no problem. You are recording the dates and times they call and are reporting them. Under the do not call program if they call you over 10 times they will have to pay you. It is part of that law. Also since you are being called on your cell phone check to see if it has a "Rejct List" function. If it does you can click on their number as if you were going to call them, go to the options menu and choose add to reject list! I hope either of these solutions work for you, they both worked for me and I am $500 richer because they wouldn't stop calling.
Got another one from them today. Running out of available blockable numbers (used 10 out of the 12 they give me). Tell me, is it "proper" to selectively forward one spammer to another? I have unlimited numbers I can selectively forward.
