Rang once 3 times in a row and didn't leave msg.

Missed call, no message

missed call + called back 30 min later -->
"welcome to Verizon wireless the number you have called has changed or is no longer in service"

Called them back- Number is a Verizon number that is no longer in service or has been changed.

On my cell I rarely answer a # I don't recognize. I then come to this site and check the number. If it is listed like this one, I add the number to a contact name, zscam1 or zscam2 etc and flag to automatically reject the call. After that it never bothers me again. Currently I have about 10 numbers listed under each of these contacts and I add a new number about every 2nd day. When I fill all the possible numbers for zscam1 or 2, I will create zscam3 etc.
