Same here. I asked them the name of their company and they would not tell me anything. I asked if they were a collection agency and they got upset and said they were a check fraud company, whatever that is. They continued to say that they know everything about me and they started to read my Face Book profile back to me as if they had all kinds of secret info about me and were trying to intimidate me. LOL!! Pathetic! They were very unprofessional and sounded like they were calling from a home or something. The person that was speaking to me sounded like she smoked 3 packs of cancer sticks a day and kept hacking in my ear. She kept mispronouncing words and yelling accusations.

This number called my ex wife's home, my brother, my mom. I called them back and they alleged I had defrauded a cash advance company and were insisting on a payment of some $3500 dollars electronically. They wanted my debit card or bank account and routing # for payment. Could not give me specifics of the details of the transaction. Do not let these people intimidate you for information. It is an extortion scam.
