I believe this is a spam call or a telemarketer. I never answer and they never leave a message. Therefore I consider this an unsafe number. I suspect though, this is from a company that I used to purchase movies from, however, I won't name it because I can't prove it's them.
Another call, but no message. This is, at least, the 4th call I've gotten in the last month or so. All from different phone numbers.
Finally have emailed the company and asked them to stop calling me, otherwise I will file a formal complaint with the FCC
