A man by the name of David Hartley is using this number to con unsuspecting people out of their money. He is using phony companies to solicit unsuspecting people into investing money into companies that don't exist.
He has also used dating sites to scam women into sending him money by telling them he is stuck in the country of Turkey and cannot return without help. He has many victims across the US and Canada.
