Got the same email. Funny how the amounts they told me that I owe are the same as others on this site. I will be forwarding this email to the Florida Attorney general. I hate scammers!
You can also file a complaints with IC3, the cyber crimes division of the FBI and attach the email you received to the complaint.

I just got a long drawn out email, I. know this is a scam cause if someone is going to sue you they will file it in the courts or send a debt collection letter to your address not by an email.
