Answered this one because it was from an area I was expecting a call from. Robo call about your credit card and lowering interest rates.
I listened to the whole message and had an option to press 1 to speak to a rep.
Now, I've heard that if you (politely and respectfully) tell telemarketers "Please send me a copy of privacy and opt out policy" that by law they are supposed to mail it to you. If they don't you can sue them for harassment or something. There's a bit more to it than that but if you Google that you will learn more about what I mean.
So I decided to try it with this company and pressed 1. I was IMMEDIATELY connected to a person and the conversation went like this...
"Hello this is Marcus, thank you for calling may I please have your account number"
"I'd like you to send me a copy of your privacy and opt out policy please"
"..."
"Do you have a credit card?"
"I'd like you to send me a copy of your privacy and opt out policy please"
"F--- YOU N---- !!!!!"

So uh...yeah. Super professional company there. I'll probably be on their list forever but getting that reaction from a spammer was well, well worth it.
