Called and didn't leave a message.  I didn't pick up and, from the other postings here, sounds like I'm glad about that.

keeps calling but I am not going to answer them ever.

Called my cell phone left no voicemail.  Will be blocked (placed on the reject list) which on my Galaxy S4 means it automatically goes to voicemail.  Why can't they reprogram it so if I choose to reject the number it just disconnects, or better yet gets a mean message which I compose?
