Just got a phone call, said it was PayPal debt collections and they're setting up an investigation with the police. Anyone who recieced this fall will be having the police visit them in the next 2 to 3 hours. Im scared, but I also told them to eat my [***].
Told me it was my credit card company calling to offer a lower interest rate. Then he started asking all kinds of questions about my credit card. Like what type of card, what is my limit, and what is my current balance. I told him if he was who he said he was he should know all that. He got very rude and said "If you don't trust me then stay stuck with your current interest rate" I hung up.
I just got a call on my cell phone from the same number a few minutes ago. I didn't answer. Thank you to everyone who posted info. Now I'm glad I didn't answer!
