This number just came through on my phone from Melbourne, FL with a recorded message about "press 1 to lower the interest rate on my credit card". Having received this many times before, I decided to press 1 and ask to be removed from their call list. When a man came on the line, he asked if I wanted to lower my interest rate and I inquired what card he was calling about. He stated it was for a Chase/Capital One card. When I told him I don't have a credit card through them, he replied with "well go f**k yourself you sand nig***". How incredibly rude and obviously a scam!
