Who called from 3215934352

I get a ton of calls from them, too  (on my cell phone) and when I answer nobody is there.  When I try calling back, the timer on my cell phone clicks off after about 9 seconds, and I never hear the call go through (ring) or anything.  I called my wireless provider and all they can offer is "useage control"  (blocking numbers) for $4.99 a month.  I DON'T THINK SO!
I just saved the number as "Don't Answer" and let it ring until it stops.

They are calling my place of business on our main business line. No answer. Call back - hang up. All of their phone numbers are invalid.

Calls and when I answer they won't reply.....call the number back and my cell never get to make the call   it never goes through.....either from my cell OR my home phone.

All I can start with is AAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
The number keeps telephoning me all times of day and night.
It is so much now I permanently leave my answer phone on,
It leaves NO message.
I live in the U.K, and proceed with dialing 1471 which is like post caller i.d. and get the number.
WE HAVE ALOT OF THESE TELEPHONE SCAMS IN THE U.K,
I ADVISE NOT TO TELEPHONE THIS NUMBER BACK AS IT COULD
INCUR SUBSTANTIAL TELEPHONE BILLS!
