Who called from 3216733512

just got a call from the same number on my cell.

I would like to know who called and why they called .

Another caller even though I am on the do not call registry. Hung up when answered.

I too received a call from this number. I did not answer it, and no message was left. I tried to call it back, but it would not go through.

This number rings on my phone a couple of times a day.  No message left, that would mean it's a telemarketer...and my number is supposedly registered with the "Do Not Call Registry."  Makes me wonder if registering my phone even works.
