Who called from 3216733512

I answer and hang up immediately.  I am on do not call registry and the next time you call I will report you.

I got 2 calls within 1/2 hour of each other.  Didn't leave a message either time.

Called twice today on my cell.  I'm also on the DNC list.  Here's a twist...They called to my house phone (Xfinity) that called my cell phone (Verizon).  Since my cell isn't signed up to Xfinity phone services, I have no record of them calling.  Weird!

Called left no message and when I tried to call back it said that the number I have dialed is not in service.

Why this is from the [***] Rachael from Cardmember services ready to suck your member dry.  Fraud number & scam.  Play her game and lose.
