I have received numerous calls from this number and other numbers always saying the same thing "This is a message from cardholder services...there is nothing wrong with your account but we would like to help you lower your interest rates.." Now when I try to tell them to take me off their lists I get an automatic hang up... This is becoming a nuisance as I am receiving as many as 3 to 4 calls per day../
These people called in the past and they'd hang up when I told them I was on the do not call list. I played along with them this time, acting interested since they ignored previous requests to remove me from their call list. So, I acted interested until they finally asked for a credit card # to determine my eligibility for one of their cards at a lower rate. I said, "Let me understand this, you want me to give you, a complete stranger, my credit card #, despite that you violate the do-not-call list and hide behind a phony caller ID. Lady, every time someone from your company calls I'm going to tie up their time just like I just did with you." And hung up. THE IDIOT called me back and told me to die and go to hell!!! But she called back on the company's REAL # and company name! I called back and got her directly and thanked her for being so stupid. Now I can report them to authorities! They are called D&C Solutions and this idiots direct line is 407-434-7130.
