With these type of callers, I add the number to my contacts as "Unknown 1-20" then save.
Then I go to my contacts, open up the "Unknown number", then open up the menu (usually at top right hand corner of screen)
then I check the forward all calls from this number to voicemail. That way my phone never rings when these spammers call.

I just called them back. I pressed 1 when I heard the Spanish recording and I asked the man on the phone if he spoke English and he said yes. I asked them who they were and why they kept calling me. He said they are a company who is selling memberships and asked if I was interested. I politely said no and asked if they could stop calling me. He said he's fixing it now so they do not contact me again. That's probably not going to work so I blocked their number just incase.
