Just got a call from this number. It's something about credit card interest rates. They do not identify themselves properly, so you know it's crap.
If you don't recognize it, don't answer it. I've blocked it from calling us. The DNC list is bogus!
321/ 781-9999... Continues to call my home. I am on the Do Not Call list. Annoying and illegal calls from this #. As of July, 2012, our Congress legalized solicitation to Cell phones. My Cell phone is also on the Do Not Call list, yet that phone # gets numerous calls daily from solicitation callers. I put my phone on Vibrate for it to stop ringing off the wall. VOTE THEM ALL OUT... THEY STOPPED WORKING FOR US/THE PUBLIC ... YEARS AGO.
This is just one of many MANY hang up calls I get daily, at all hours, etc. It's got to be so annoying that I turn the phone ringer off after 9pm and don't turn it back on until after I get up, which sometimes is late afternoon or not at all. I almost never answer the phone anymore unless I am near it and see the caller ID. Family and friends know that I will call them back so it's less of an issue. I think these scams and telemarketers know we don't answer anymore and they must be getting paid just for ringing the phone, otherwise, why would they repeatedly call and hang up after a few rings?
The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO. They will try and gather enough information to create an account. Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

Caller left a message on my answering machine about lowering credit card rates. Same "S', just different date. So I stopped complaining and each and every time I get a call in violation of DNC I fil;e a complaint with the FTC. The FTC is a government agency that acts against the ones with the most complaints. So stop complaining here and go to the FTC web site and let's file hundreds of complaints.
