Unknown caller from Florida...called it back and got a message saying "you've reached a non-working number." Really? Then how did I just get a call from them?
Just got a call from this number. Unfortunately it was while I was typing a text so I accidentally ignored the call. Good to see I didn't miss anything important. Saved as "telemarketer don't answer" and set to straight to voicemail...
You got a call from a spoofed or cloned number. The number your caller ID shows is not the actual number they call from. This is the latest way they have found to get around caller ID. Also, at times the spoofed or cloned number will actually be a legitimate number, but not that of the scam caller.
