Took this call, first question 'Is Mary there?' when I said no, he said 'Maybe you can help...'  and then went into the disabled veterans spiel, sounded like an automated call - have had so many of these always asking for Mary - she is a very popular lady!!!

Disabled veterans wanting a donation. Said that he was going to put on someone to give me more information and said "don't hang up" and then hung up.

They called asking for the wrong name, I hung up. Blocked. Guy sounded like an aggressive jerk.

I got the call. Didn't pick up. Googled it, found it on 800notes, and blocked it. Seems to be a regular thing for me these days.

Claimed to be calling on behalf of disabled veterans. Call sounded at least semi-automated. I hung up and blocked the number.
