I received a call from this number yesterday and just heard the message. Claims to be William Rogers with Dept of Legal Affairs of the US Treasury. I must call him back or be in grave legal peril. If anyone else gets the call it is a scam. I may or may not call to see what he will do. Not falling for this old trick.
I got a call from a woman that sounded hispanic, and she immediately said "Do you want a settlement?" I said "Excuse me?" She kept repeating: "Do you want a settlement? Do you want a settlement?" I finally said "Are you asking me if I want a settlement?" She immediately hung up. It was the most bizarre phone call I've ever received.
I don't answer # numbers I don't recognize. I just Google the phone# after they call me and bammm!
Easy peassy... I find out they are scammers!

Returned this b.s. call and was answered in Spanish which I fully understand. I replied in English and they promptly said, "wrong number" and hung up on me! What a bunch of losers!
