Still getting illegal spoofed calls from this number.  Still not answering (and never will answer).  And this number is still permanently blocked.

Same here, they still called again on 12/24/15 at 1:30PM. I still blocked them FOREVER!!!

Caller ID shows, "Service" as above comments.  Never a message.  Does sound like Home Center (Coast Construction, etc) scammer or Solar City scammer.
