First if all, this number showed up as the usual "unknown/private" on my id. The message was from a Stacy at Legal Support Services. The rambling message said that I had been ordered to participate in a telephonic deposition and the date has expired and I chose to waive my rights by not responding. And the matter was being filed in courts for arbitration. I was told that me or my attorney could call a Susan something. I wasn't sure of the last name because of the callers accent. I was given a case number beginning with AO and this number to call.

Second,I have received several calls from a supposed process server saying they are comIng with an unknown number appearing on the caller id. Third, the number I was told to call didn't bring up anything on a web search. There is a Legal Support Services in Los Angeles... I'm located in Florida.

The language of the call freaked me out and obviously I am it not returning it. I of course know nothing about any telephone deposition. I have nothing in writing and this is the first I'm hearing about this "situation."

Last but probably most important, there are no cases filed/pending against me at my local courthouse... And I think if something had gotten to the deposition stage, it would've already been filed.
