The call from this number seems fake. It seems that these people make you fool by showing job opportunity and try to get money from you with different ways. Sometime, they told you about deficiency in you academics and advise for PLA program and finally you end up by paying money.
Be careful from these people.

I also received a call from this number. The guy said he got my contact details from Bayt. The interview lasted for almost 30 minutes then he sent me an email requesting me to forward some documents for my application to push through. It was quite odd for a recruiter to provide the applicant with the salary and benefits right then and there. He asked if I have an MBA degree and I said NO, and he went on saying I met all the requirements, he's impressed by my qualifications but the company is looking for someone with an MBA degree. He said there was no need to worry as we can find solutions to any problem. He said he'll do everything he can to employ me.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Policy developmentand deployment, problem resolution, customer relations, and employee trainingand development.
Partner with the management team to aligncustomer service department policies and systems with the company's objectives.
Oversee customer issues and ensures effectiveshort and long-term problem resolution.
