Got a call from this number. They left a message looking for someone I've never heard of. Word on the internet is they are either a collection agency or a scam outfit posing as a collection agency to try and obtain personal information. Either way, avoid these suckers like the plague.
Called me, animated, asked me hold, asked me to continue holding about 5 times, transferred me to a voicemail where I dialed zero for operator and then was disconnected.

some of these companies just dial phone numbers until someone answers. it was an automated female voice. the washington mutual connection mentioned above makes sense, because we do banking with chase and they probably got our number from their files.
