Called yesterday from a phone # in Georgia and today from one in Montebello , CA. Same mess about ss#. I say it's a scam. I tried to call the one back in Georgia yesterday right after they called me and no answer, no machine, let it ring about 25 times.
You are as bad as this scam company. It is a very shady collection agency that buys old, old, old payday advance loans and other debts that have long ago expired. Collection agencies do not take you to court because they have no basis in fact, and would never spend the money for court costs. Another thing, even IF they could take you to court, it has to be filed in your state of residence.
So. Stacy, the only person BUSTED is you! Please stop misleading the posters here. You are wasting your time,
They just called and when I called back they refused to identify themselves and when I told them I would report them to the police, she yelled at me."Go call your psychiatrist." Wondered at that point...they were looking for my youngest son and he is not someone who would be in any trouble. It scared me. Thanks for the site and all your input!
This is a SCAM! I asked the guy a few questions and he said I have a case with them. I told him I didn't and he said "then don't call back here anymore." Seriously? You called me! I just blocked them on my phone.
