Legal papers are served by a court approved server, usually a sheriff, or by certified mail delivered by the Post Office. They do not call people. Since no one seems to have posted exactly what these "paper" are, that it the best I can tell you. This is most likely a scam of some sort trying to scare you into paying them an extortion fee.
A man from this number left a threatening message saying someone refused to sign for papers for a suit #561736-19VA. Said I had 2 hours to call and that I must call NOW!
Same thing as Lynn. Man with a threatening message that somebody refused to sign papers for a 'legal issue' for Bonnie regarding complaint #561736-19VA... Can't say that I know anybody named Bonnie.
I receive message from a lady name Bonnie asking me to call the number listed above. Telling me to sign some document so I google the number and it lead me to this information about them about this scam. I recently became a U.S citizen and unware of scam like this.
