This number calls me over and over. I A very noisy call center in the background. Caller has heavy accent very hard to understand. I ask her to repeat herself because I cannot understand what she is saying. She says I have qualified for free government grant. And then wants to transfer me to another person who is foreign but understandable. He says I need to call be this other (not toll free) number and I will get free money from the government. I told him why am I paying so much money in taxes if the government is so willing to just give me free money. Then I hung up. They keep calling and I keep asking them to repeat themselves because I cant understand what they are saying and then they say sorry for bothering you and hang up.
