Who called from 3233179714

This guy just called my phone.  I didn't answer it becaue I did not recognize the phone number.  Thanks to all of your comments, I now know to ignore the calls.

i get calls from this number daily... they always leave a message saying "hello" Hello can u hear me.. are u still there. I NEVER answer it and they always leave a message

there is never anyone there.  I can hear background noise but no one ever answers me back.  I too tried calling it back and it says it is not in service

Received three calls from this number. Have not answered any time. What a putz. Called back and it tells me that it is out of service.

3 days in a row now this number has shown up on my cell. Getting really freaking tired of it. Got teh disconnected message when I called back the 1st time. Weird fuzz when I answered it.

This guy/gal sucks.
