Do not do business with these people. I asked to speak to a supervisor due to the now harassing calls I receive from them. The lady I spoke with refused and hung up on me. This company certainly CANNOT be trusted with your personal information based on their lack of professionalism.
This was a call from a credit card interest lowering proposal. I have tried everything to be removed from these lists, including the National Do Not Call list, to no avail. So, I've decided that if I must continue to receive these calls, I'm going to have some fun with them until they stop. If they never stop, well that's ok too; win-win either way. I enjoy telling them I'll take whatever it is they are offering. Then it's a barrel full of monkeys from there. Snorting noises if you can't think of anything to say keeps the numbskulls on the phone longer, laughing, and that takes away from their productivity. Waste their time and have fun with it.
