They are saying this is Investigator I can't remember her name and that it is a case and I need to contact her immediately and she left her number which was my phone number at work as a call back that is what raised red flags.  I get these calls from multiple numbers all saying investigator and they only either use a first name after investigator or a last name never a full name and never say where they are calling from.
