I gave money ONE TIME and now they keep calling me! Despite several phone calls to get my name off their call lists I've just given up and put the number into my phone as a contact so I know not to pick up. This is NOT how you go about fund raising! I support the organization and some of their political work but the harassment makes me want to never have anything to do with them ever again!
I never received a call from this number until I had to put my mom in a nusring home and had her mailed forwarded to me. The post office will advise origanizations of forwarding addresses and they must have tied the new address and phone number. I get her junk mail as well. She contributed to Planned Parenthood all the time. Now they keep calling me and never leave a message. I won't answer the phone unless I recognize the number. Not only do I get messages for PPFA, but all kinds of non-profits which are not subject to the "Do Not Call Registery" regulations.
