I have just started getting these calls from 323-330-1455. I never answer the phone unless I know who is calling; but my caller ID registers the number. Charities may be able to call people even if they are on the Do Not Call list; but they should not be able to continually do this as it is harrassment pure and simple and I will still make a complaint to the FCC. I don't see the point in these companies calling and not leaving a message or answering the callback as all it does is piss people off and that's bad PR for their charity, or whatever they represent.
I received this call on 10-15-10 at 4:19PM, CALLER ID showed up as OUT OF AREA. This is the 3rd call from this number, I did answer it and it was someone from PETA!! I told the person that my phone number is UNLISTED and is on the DO NOT CALL LIST and to take my number out of the computer system and not to call back again!!
