12/22/15 12:38 PST It looks like this number tried to call again today. Just found out this is the HERO program, which I checked into several months ago, and decided it was not worth effort. What is so annoying is they don't bother to try to call. So blasted stupid. I will continue to keep number blocked because they making a nuisance of themselves and can't seem to take no for an answer.
Robo call for Hero, HERO puts a first lien on your house, so you cannot sell nor refinance until it is paid off. Avoid it unless you are a subprime fool.
"Thousands of people that have lower their energy bill and increase the
value of their homes to take advantage of the great program. Press one or
press two to be removed from our call list."

Looks like these crooks are back at it after the Holiday season.
Not to worry - they are still blocked and we actually enjoy the fact that they keep calling...our phones do not ring when they call so it's usually hours before I see their call.
