Who called from 3233319699

Calling me all day everyday..I answer and they have complaint silence on their end. Good thing they have a feature that can track these people down.So their business will be reported

Got a call from this number 3233319699, no one speaks, just the background noise.

Receive weekly, sometimes daily calls. I  ever answer and there is never a voice mail left. This is a California phone number.

Called  number back, a lady answered the phone and asked to speak to me directly. I assume this is a collections agency.

Convergent Outsourcing 323-331-9699 is a collection agency. A person unknown to me, uses my number as a 'reference contact'. SO I GET THE COLLECTION CALLS. They are located near Huntington Park, CA. They won't tell you anything but "it's a personal matter in regards to [that name], including what "Convergent Outsourcing" is. Apparently those witless toads are unaware this internet thing is up and running. Took two seconds to figure out what they were about.
Phones' not android or other able to block calls. So I save all numbers, as a 'no-answer' cue or blast them depending on my mood. Sometimes I tell them the mysterious person is deceased- I'm in charge of handling calls and the funeral was 2 weeks ago.
Always gets a gasp! Always. Fun as hell. What are they going to do about it?

They are calling incognito and use  area code that you may know someone...to see if you pick up. They are really a 800 number....
