Do what I did after getting a freaking robo call at 9 am on a Sunday.
Call the number back, give a phony name and you'll be connected to their voice message system.
"You had my vote. You lost my vote. Anyone who would robo call on a Sunday morning doesn't deserve anything more than defeat."
Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
Political calls are exempt from the DNC which is for telemarketers only. What you could do is go to each of the political party's and have them place you on their internal DNC. Then take the next step and when you get a call, go to that persons web pages as they usually do have one, and use the contact us page. Tell them to place you on their internal DNC list. Then when you contact them, give them the url for it as well and tell them to use it! It worked for me pretty good doing this and I haven't been getting political calls for a lot of years now at all.
