One of the legions of solar spammers. Block the number.

Called 161110 1529, i didn't recognize the number, i let it ring, call either terminated before it went to voice mail or caller didn't leave a message.  I added the number to my do not answer call group.

called back - recorded message - something about permanently reducing electric bill

It's something about electricity. The recording asks if you're a homeowner. Probably Solar spam. Blocked.

This is a BS scam saying they are going to reduce my electricity bill. DO not answer when they call!
