Called Monday, 5/9/16, at 11:40 am.  Caller ID showed "home efficiency" (all in small letters).  Left partial message about "...and other County incentives in order to make your house safer press 1 now or press 2 to be removed."  Obviously started playing their recorded message my before answering machine outgoing message finished.

Multiple calls, leaving a blank voicemail.
