This is obviously a scam. I keep getting these phone calls and I don't own a PC !!!! When I tell the caller that I'm strictly on mac, they abruptly hang up. SCAM!!!
Called me from 323 4455 739 then asked fora number to call them back gave me 213 599 7472 said my computer was bleeding over to their computer for 2 weeks.Just moved 5,000 miles and was back on the computer.Just hung up and put both numbers on reject list
Person called saying they were from Microsoft and they had received notice my computer was infected with viruses. They wanted remote access to my computer to help me remove the viruses which I refused.
Just got a call from this number and it was an Indian or Pakistani man stating that his name was Steve and he was calling from Microsoft about my computer problem. I told him that I don't have a computer problem and he abruptly hung up.
Just got a call from them also. The dude said he was from "the Microsoft" and my computer had viruses. I could get a "free" service check. I told them to "F off."
