This number called me today-however, they called my dedicated fax line. They hung up when the fax started up. I don't owe anyone anything, my credit score is great, so I don't know why they called. besides, we are on a DNC list. I hope they do not continue to call, or I will report them to the state.
My mother passed away 7 months ago and my father has been receiving calls from this number. He talked to them once and they said that he had an outstanding debt, but wouldn't give him much information so he hung up on them. I want to know what I can do to get these people off my father's back. He has no outstanding debts.
323-372-6323 calls 3-4 times a day at my main work number. (I'm the receptionist so I get the calls) Hangs up before I can answer or I answer and they hang up. I called the number back and got a woman who said, "Hello". I could hear lots of people in the backround- call center type backround noise. I told her what I'd been experiencing with this number. She asked for the number being called- I provided her with the number and she said the reason for the call was for a Larry Minerd which we have no Larry Minerd. (sp?) She said she would remove our number from the list.
My suggestion- call them back & see why they are calling you. The lady I got was very helpful & I was on and off the phone in a minute.
Calls my house and says "Please hold for an important message"?! How are these people? I am on the national do not call registry. I stopped answering but they would not leave a message.
