they called saying I am going to be served legal notice to a lawsuit for a car that was repoed over ten years ago.they offered to settle for 10 percent of what was owed .a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nicole claiming to be with "Preferred Civil Services" said,"their was a legal case filed Against you" and gave a case #. Nicole said, "TC Assets Filed a civil case against you", "did you receive the three certified mail packages?". Nicole said, "contact TC Assets At 626-427-2617 immediately to stop the case moving forward". I told Nicole, "stop all calls". The call called multiple relatives, friends, neighbors stating, "there is a legal case pending against me", and to provide contact information both before and after demanding the call to stop calling. I called TC Assets And asked for an address that I may be able to correspond to them in writing. The representative from TC Assets said,"3925 Los Angeles St., Los Angeles, CA 90007". The address doesn't exist! TC Assets is registered as a foreign entity from Florida. We think they are a debt collectors and will pursue them personally since they didn't give a proper address to correspond with a real entity.
