received this call also and was told they were going to serve me tomorrow unless I call this 877 number they gave me, been at this for a year now and they must think people are stupid, if your going to serve someone you don't tell them and also you don't tell them to call another number to solve it, I dealt with this for along time they are all scammers, unless they send you a legit copy in writing of the debt you owe its fake, by law they have to send you a written copy of the debt document, I have went to lawyers for help but they can't since these people keep changing there name and number once it gets hot for them.
all I can say is don't let them get the upper hand they hate it when you tell them to go ahead or just WHATEVER them to deaf
also if I keep count of how many times I had them saying they were going to serve me I should have been in a Federal Prison by now
Man called work number claiming he is coming to work place tomorrow to serve arrest paperwork on one of our employees. Lots of background noise, I could hears others saying almost word for word the same things he was saying. He's in California, but yet he's coming to Texas to take care of this.....I don't think so.

received a call from this number, Deanna saying she is from Civil Procedures and is coming tomorrow to serve papers on me. i told her i am here no need to call first. these people need to be stopped. when i told her i was taping the call she got very upset and said that is against the law...funny she knows that but doesn't know what she is doing is illegal. these people are very ignorant and need to be made examples of. i am sending a complaint to FTC and the attorney general's office of NY.
I got a phone call from Sara James civil record office in California 323-393-4028 that some paper was going to be serve to me tomorrow and a lot of noise in background. call the number back and the phone just rang.. no answer.
I received the same call today, she also called my mother and gave her a case number and a 1-800 phone number to call to tell me I will be served tomorrow between the hours of 9 am an 1 pm. Legitmate process servers do not call you prior to them serving you. I also tried to call the number back and it just rang. I did call the 1 800 number they gave my mother; it is 1-877-588-7426, GSA Management, they refused to send me anything in writing to validate this supposed debt. They need to be reported to BBB and FTC
