Well do what you think is best. I expect to see your name in the paper because you harassed 911 over a non emergency. Sort of like the guy who called 911 because McDonald's didn't give him the right burger. Ignore those web sites up there because they might actually help you, and we certainly wouldn't want that, after all you have your 911 to call, i am sure they will run right over to save you from that phone call.
I received a phone call at my job where they asked to speak to my supervisor. They stated to the receptionist that I was being summons and that I was in trouble with the courts and that I had 2 days to respond or further action would be taken. This is unsettling because my supervisor was unnerved about the phone call. No Name of the company nor the representative was left with the receptionist, just a case number. Please investigate! This is not the first time.
Same happened here they sped through information and said I had two hours said it was for some bank of deleware that we have never felt with and we were being sued
Yup. Same here. I knew it was a scam from the start. He became extremely nervous as soon as I confirmed that he reached the person on his list. It seems that the safeguards like the "do not call list" or laws that restrict such calls are no longer effective.
This guy raced through his script and said he was calling from HCU Law Office (or something like that). He hung up before I could call him on his bluff.
