Caller ID displays as "Nextiva", following by an unrecognizable number. I let it go to my answering machine to screen the call. They didn't leave a message. I dialed back the number and encountered a recording that said, "The subscriber's mailbox is full. Please try  your call again later." I then hung up.

I googled the name "Nextiva" and according to the results, it appears to be a Business VOIP.
