Solicitors! Claim to be a Family owned business & when you ask them where they got your phone number they hang up on you. You can call back & may get a busy signal, but I was able to get through many times. Each time they would hang up on me when I would ask for a manager.

They claim to get your information from a company called Dataquick 858-597-3100, who claim they get your info from public records. Upon Dataquick looking up my info they said there was no info. Then claimed that The Home Center is using a list that is really old & hasn't been scrubbed. They also said that this company is no longer uses their services, but they still owe for the phone list.
Call both companies complain & complain & complain& have them remove you from their list to The Home Center, & have Dataquick remove you from their database. Then report The Home Center to the FCC.
