Left no message! Very tired of spam calls!

Received a call from this number and I missed picking up the call. It woke the baby up and left no message. I immediately called back several times and got "Line Busy". Researched number and concluded that number is from a scammer. Blocking number.

LOL, they changed. It's now displaying Hooper Oliviah

Caller ID displayed Hooper Oliviah. Don't know so didn't answer. My voice msg informs caller I screen, if important leave message. No message was left. Not important.
