This company calls and wants your serial numbers from your copiers so they can make sure they have their records updated.  They are only doing this so they can send you supplies and then charge you for them.  Also rude and yelling when you try to get more information from them.  This last time it was a man who said his name was Pat Weaver.  He also had the nerve to say, "what, do you think you're better than me?"  Really?  This is how you do business?  Not if you're legit. They are totally bogus.  Unfortunately, no name showed up on the caller ID, only the number.
