Thanks for doing the legwork on this. Even tho I won't answer nor return unrecognized numbers like these, I *do* appreciate knowing its origin in the unlikely-event that the caller may be someone I actually want to speak to. I know people all over the world and tho I provide a certain few my cell number for texting only, I have 3 landline numbers and have ignored calls from someone I *had* given my number to a long time ago. I also run a business (one of the numbers) and I never recognize new callers who are new to my company. If they don't leave a message they don't get a call back.
Received the same call from that number. Voicemail shows a message, but there is just silence. My guess is that it's either a collector or a telemarketer.
PLEASE READ: this is a new business called a 'research center'. What they're researching is whether or not your # is personal or business. When u answer they know it's personal, then they can sell your info to larger call centers (this way the larger co's avoid being sued or exposed). Legally, by you calling them, or answering,u are 'volluntarily' sharing your info. Even worse would be 'adding your name to the Do Not Call List'. Just don't answer & they will eventually stop...they might try once or twice down the road..DON'T ANSWER!
