Left me a voice mail on my work phone. Claimed they had attempted delivery and I needed to call today to avoid further legal issues. I have been home all day and no one has knocked on my door. Have never seen this # on my home phone caller ID. Very strange.
Received Call from this number saying they wanted to serve my son papers for missing court date. We live in Mississippi and looked this number up and it is from California. He said it was from an attorney office Berg & Associates. Looked them up and the number does not match. Said it was for a civil suite gave me a case number and threatened me told me my son had 2 hours to call back or would face a judge. Called my attorney and the girl answering the phone said she wouldn't worry to much about it sounded like as scam.
Called my brother looking for me I called back with the ref number and they knew my info took 50 bucks outta my bank account. Called them 17 diff times got no answer! Def a scam!!!!!!!
